13.1	Terms of settlement services for the banks participating in the Russian Payment System "MIR" under the sponsorship of JSC JSCB “EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK” (Rate Plan "MIR")
13.1.1	Effecting settlements under correspondent accounts of the participating bank associated with the entry of the participating bank in the Payment System "MIR" and the activities of the participating bank in the Payment System "MIR", including the settlements for fees of the Payment System "MIR" and/or servicing of cards issued by the bank participating in the Payment System "MIR". For the purposes of settlements, the number of cards shall be calculated at the beginning of each year:^{1 , 2}
	• First year	50 000 RUB	charged annually
	• Second year and beyond	250 000 RUB	charged annually
13.1.2	Effecting settlements under transactions on withdrawal of cash from the Participant’s ATMs with the use of the cards of the Payment System "MIR" issued by third-party banks^{3 , 4}	0.05% of the transaction amount (at the CBR rate as of the day of settlements)	Participant/JSC JSCB “EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK”

13.2	Crediting funds in Russian rubles received from Nacional System of Payment Cards (NSPK) JSC within the framework of the execution of commitments of the participants of the Mir payment system	RUB 50

² Payment shall be made each year throughout the term of the contract no later than the date specified in the contract
³ Participant is the bank participating in the Payment System "MIR" and having contractual relations with JSC JSCB “EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK”, and/or served by the authorized processing company under transactions with the cards of the Payment System "MIR"
⁴ Third-party banks are participants of the Payment System "MIR" without any contractual relations with JSC JSCB “EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK”, not served by the authorized processing company under transactions with the cards of the Payment System "MIR"
⁵ Participant is the bank participating in the Payment System "MIR" and having contractual relations with JSC JSCB “EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK”, and/or served by the authorized processing company under transactions with the cards of the Payment System "MIR"
⁶ Third-party banks are participants of the Payment System "MIR" without any contractual relations with JSC JSCB “EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK”, not served by the authorized processing company under transactions with the cards of the Payment System "MIR"
⁷ Participant is the bank participating in the Payment System "MIR" and having contractual relations with JSC JSCB “EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK”, and/or served by the authorized processing company under transactions with the cards of the Payment System "MIR"
