Individuals

Most of Evrofinance Mosnarbank's retail customers are VIP clients and employees of companies that are corporate clients of the bank. Evrofinance Mosnarbank's priorities are quality of service and an individual-based approach to each client and case. 

The Bank offers its private clients a full set of products and services: accounts in Russian rubles and foreign currency, deposits and payments on the accounts, currency exchange, lending, savings, banking cards, safe deposit boxes etc.

CASH SERVICING SCHEDULE FOR INDIVIDUALS AT THE BANK CASH DESK

MONDAY - THURSDAY - from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
FRIDAY - from 10:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
DAYS BEFORE HOLIDAYS - from 10:00 a.m. to one (1) hour before the end of the business day established by the Bank Order.

WORK SCHEDULE OF INDIVIDUAL SAFE BOXES

MONDAY - THURSDAY - from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
FRIDAY - from 10:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
DAYS BEFORE HOLIDAYS - from 10:00 a.m. to 30 MINUTES before the end of the business day established by the Bank Order.

The Bank has access control in place. You need to have a pass card issued by the Access Control Office upon presentation of your ID card to visit the Bank.
