EVROFINANCE MOSNARBANK is included into the list of Russian RUONIA participating banks. RUONIA is a Ruble OverNight Index Average which reflects appraisal of cost of unsecured ruble borrowing upon overnight conditions by a standard borrower from a number of Russian banks with minimal credit risk. The list is formed by the Expert Council of the NFA and agreed with the Bank of Russia. It permanently consists of 25 to 35 Russian banks.

The Federal Customs Service also included Evrofinance Mosnarbank into the Register of banks entitled to issue bank guarantee of payment of customs duties and taxes.
